At ADLV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with security tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ADLV authenticity tags and labels remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
